Hourly Rate: £12.50- £12.75 per hour

Our client has a mix of earlies, mid shifts, lates and night hours available across their homes.
Your duties will include:

Supporting young people’s emotional and physical needs throughout the shift, including personal care when required, managing their routine and any challenging behaviour.

Recognising and celebrating progress and achievements of young people

Supporting with individualised care plans

Maintaining a safe and caring environment

Undertaking any household tasks during the shift, when assessed as safe to do so, as requested by the Home Manager
